Great River Medical Center Wins Building Design Award
September 18, 2001 – Great River Medical Center has received honorable mention recognition in the Modern Healthcare/American Institute of Architects 2001 Design Awards. Judging was based on design excellence, functional utility, response to patient and family needs, and flexibility of design.
The award ceremony is set for Oct. 11, at the American Healthcare Academy convention in Chicago. Representatives from the hospital and NBBJ, the Columbus, Ohio, architectural firm that designed the building, will attend.
