Great River Business Health Joins AgriSafe Network

February 12, 2009 – Great River Business Health has been selected as a member of the AgriSafe™ Network. The network offers preventive health and safety services specifically designed to address the types of exposures farmers and their families encounter in an agricultural environment. AgriSafe clinics are unique because they are operated by providers trained in occupational agricultural health.

A service of Great River Medical Center, Great River Business Health offers comprehensive health services for businesses of all sizes. James Milani, D.O., is the clinic’s full-time medical director.

Through clinical visits, farm-site visits, educational presentations and farm-safety day camps, Great River Business Health and AgriSafe are working to make farm families as healthy and safe as possible.

AgriSafe clinics are the official providers of the Certified Safe Farm Program. Components of the program include an agricultural health screening, individualized education and a farm safety review.

As an AgriSafe clinic, Great River Business Health provides:
