Two Physicians Join Great River Medical Center

October 24, 2007 – Two physicians recently joined Great River Medical Centerís medical staff, and will provide care through two clinics.

Jonathan Arnold, M.D., began his duties earlier this month as medical director of Great River Wound and Hyperbaric Clinic. Dr. Arnold most recently worked at Infinity Medical Clinic in Fort Madison. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, and he completed his residency at Great Plains Family Practice in Oklahoma City. Dr. Arnold is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Psychiatrist Francis Sanchez, M.D., is now seeing patients at Great River Mental Health Care Associates. Dr. Sanchez most recently worked at G. Werber Bryan Psychiatric Hospital in Columbia, S.C. He received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines, and he completed his general psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Sanchez is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and he is active with the American Psychiatric Association.
