After Discharge


Rehabilitation doesn't end when patients are discharged from the hospital. The inpatient rehabilitation team may recommend continuing outpatient therapy at Great River Center for Rehab and Clinics. Inpatient and outpatient therapists discuss patients' progress to avoid lost time and repetition.
