Library
The hospital's Library offers medical, nursing, allied health and consumer health resources, including books, periodicals, videos and audiotapes. A videocassette recorder and tape player are available for previewing video/audiotapes. The Library subscribes to Health Reference Center, a consumer health database that contains pamphlets, full-text articles, reference resources and bibliographies of published articles. Also, if requested, the librarian will do literature searches and access other health-related resources on the Internet.
Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 4:30, weekdays. The Library is open to the public and key-accessible 24 hours a day by nursing supervisors and physicians.
