Health Services

The Home Health department provides professional services in the home for the acutely, chronically and terminally ill. Specific services include: skilled nursing care; physical therapy; speech pathology; occupational therapy; home-care aides; companion care; social services; intravenous therapy; personal emergency response system; laboratory specimen collections; and hospice-like care.

Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays with on-call hours; a registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
